**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 6 - 8 triệu VNĐ)
- Trực tiếp sáng tạo, lên kịch bản,kết hợp team quay chụp, edit VIDEO (reels, short vids) cho các kênh Tiktok, Facebook & Youtube.
- Sáng tạo nội dung, hình ảnh cho các campaign quảng cáo trên các nền tảng Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube.
- Định hướng, xây dựng và phát triển kênh Tiktok của công ty (quay chụp bằng điện thoại).
- Chịu trách nhiệm về hiệu suất và hiệu quả của các sản phẩm trên kênh Tiktok (3-4 video/tuần) và Livetream 2 buổi/tuần
- Thường xuyên cập nhật, phân tích, nghiên cứu chính sách, xu hướng phát triển của nền tảng Tiktok.
- Nghiên cứu, lựa chọn và đề xuất Kols, Koc, Talent phù hợp cho các chiến dịch truyền thông theo tháng.

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian, Bán thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Mức lương: 6 triệu / tháng + hoa hồng đơn hàng
- Thời gian linh động theo đăng ký, miễn đảm bảo được tiến độ công việc
- Được cân nhắc tăng lương, lên các vị trí Fulltime theo năng lực

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Nắm rõ chính sách và thuật toán của nền tảng Tiktok.
- Có kỹ năng chụp ảnh, quay và dựng video bằng điện thoại.
- Có điện thoại iphone để phục vụ công việc sản xuất hình ảnh, video Tiktok.
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, làm việc nhóm, năng động, nhanh nhạy, sáng tạo.
- Nhanh nhạy với các xu hướng, thông tin trên mạng xã hội.
- Yêu thích ngành F&B
- Chăm chỉ, thái độ tốt.
- Hồ sơ ứng tuyển bao gồm: CV và ít nhất 5 sản phẩm hình ảnh và clip Tiktok đã thực hiện.
