Giới thiệu:
Công ty chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một Nhân viên Content TikTok & Youtube năng động, sáng tạo để gia nhập đội ngũ Marketing. Vị trí này đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc thu hút khách hàng tiềm năng và xây dựng thương hiệu của công ty trên các nền tảng mạng xã hội ngày càng phổ biến như TikTok và Youtube.

Trách nhiệm chính:

- Sáng tạo nội dung:

- Đưa ra ý tưởng và sản xuất nội dung video thu hút cho TikTok và Youtube, phù hợp với định hướng thương hiệu và mục tiêu marketing của công ty.
- Kết hợp các xu hướng và thử thách mới nhất trên TikTok và Youtube để tạo nội dung sáng tạo và hấp dẫn người xem.
- Viết kịch bản, quay phim, chỉnh sửa và đăng tải video một cách chuyên nghiệp.
- Quản lý kênh:

- Tăng lượng người theo dõi và tương tác trên các kênh TikTok và Youtube của công ty.
- Phân tích hiệu quả của các chiến dịch content marketing và đưa ra báo cáo chi tiết.
- Theo dõi và cập nhật các xu hướng mới nhất trên TikTok và Youtube để tối ưu hóa chiến lược content.
- Hợp tác:

- Làm việc chặt chẽ với đội ngũ Marketing và Sales để đảm bảo nội dung phù hợp với mục tiêu chung của công ty.
- Hợp tác với các KOLs và influencer để mở rộng reach và tăng độ nhận diện thương hiệu.
- Cập nhật:

- Nắm bắt xu hướng mới nhất trong lĩnh vực marketing trên mạng xã hội, đặc biệt là TikTok và Youtube.
- Tham gia các khóa học và hội thảo để nâng cao kỹ năng sáng tạo nội dung và quản lý kênh.

- Kỹ năng:

- Có kinh nghiệm sáng tạo nội dung cho TikTok và Youtube.
- Có khả năng viết kịch bản, quay phim, chỉnh sửa video một cách chuyên nghiệp.
- Có hiểu biết về các xu hướng và thử thách mới nhất trên TikTok và Youtube.
- Có kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu và báo cáo hiệu quả.
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và theo nhóm hiệu quả.
- Phẩm chất:

- Sáng tạo, ham học hỏi và có khả năng thích ứng nhanh chóng.
- Có niềm đam mê với marketing trên mạng xã hội.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp và thuyết trình tốt.
- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao và hoàn thành tốt công việc được giao.
