**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Lên kế hoạch nội dung theo tuần/ tháng/ Quý phát triển kênh Tik tok/Reels
- Đưa ra ý tưởng video Tik tok/Reels, chuyển thể ý tưởng thành kịch bản quay dựng chi tiết & voice cho các tuyến nội dung trên Tiktok/Reels.
- Có thể diễn xuất trực tiếp trong một số video.
- Quản lý chất lượng nội dung kênh, thường xuyên đưa ra các ý tưởng mới, sáng kiến mới để phát triển kênh theo mục tiêu công ty đề ra.
- Nghiên cứu và cập nhật thuật toán, xu hướng mới nhất của nền tảng Tiktok.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác trong Công ty nhằm phát triển nội dung và bán hàng thúc đẩy doanh số gian hàng TiktokShop.
- Vận hành Tiktok Shop.
- Có thể livestream.
- Các công việc liên quan khác theo sự phân công của trưởng nhóm.

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Mức lương thỏa thuận theo năng lực, chưa tính hoa hồng kinh doanh.
- Được thưởng các ngày lễ, tết, sinh nhật, thành lập Công ty, trợ cấp mua hàng, du lịch, dã ngoại, lương tháng thứ 13...
- Thưởng hoa hồng kinh doanh
- Chế độ 12 ngày phép/năm
- Tham gia BHXH theo quy định.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có kinh nghiệm làm nội dung Tiktok, và vận hành sàn Tiktok.
- Xu hướng trên nền tảng Tiktok.
- Có kỹ năng viết bài, định hướng, sáng tạo và biết nắm bắt xu hướng content.
- Hoạt ngôn, không ngại diễn xuất, lên hình.
- Khả năng quản lý, sắp xếp công việc khoa học.
