**Responsibilities**:

- In charge of campaign design, plan & execute targeted initiatives to drive Massive creator growth via both Livestream and Short video (uplift in GMV and level-up of mass creators)
- Design communication plan/training for mass creators, ensuring campaign awareness and participation rate
- Be responsible for campaign TIMELINE/BUDGET/RESOURCES, set up campaign input and output goals; track and analyze commercial metrics and always seek for ways to improve.
- Create innovative and scalable marketing campaigns from idealization to execution, including Livestream event marketing, content marketing and in-app/out-app social plan.
- Work closely with all business clusters: Marketing team, User Growth team etc. to deliver high-impact campaigns.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree with good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 2+ years experience in creator management or MCN related/digital marketing, 1+ years e-commerce background is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong project management ability & E-commerce business sense.
- Data driven
- capability for data analytics, able to deep dive creator performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Good communication, able to manage multiple parallel-path projects, results-oriented, self-motivated and entrepreneurial, always open to new ideas.
- Open-minded and cooperative enough to work in a global context and lead cross-functional projects as a horizontal role.
- Ability to use hard data and metrics from disparate data sources to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities matched with business goals.
