Identify Learning and Development needs from Divisions/Departments.
- Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors to develop training courses and programs
- Orientation training and other soft skills training
- Organize training by preparing training logistics and collecting feedback
- Monitor progress and cost of training courses and programs
- Maintain training data in Learning Management System and other systems, perform training evaluation, data analysis and develop training reports
- Contribute to L&D department events & activities
- Perform any other duties or tasks as needed by the Learning and Development Manager

**Requirements**:

- Graduated university majoring in Economics, Administration Management, Human Resources Management or related fields
- At least 1-2 years working experience in L&D
- Good communication skills (Vietnamese & English)
- Have good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Have a positive attitude, be proactive and highly responsible
