**Job summary**:

**Responsibilities**:
As an International Business Specialist, you will:
**Seeking new customers**
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market segments.
- Proactively seek and create opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers to expand customer base.

Criteria for evaluating work results
- Number of old/new customers
- Number of potential customers

**Sales Account Management**

Manage and nurture relationships with current customers, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
- Serves as primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders and problem resolution.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable flooring solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, prices and conditions to maximize profits and customer satisfaction.

Criteria for evaluating work results
- Actual/planned sales and revenue
- Percentage of customers receiving sales information

**Cooperation Between Departments**
- Collaborate with the service team to address customer requests, resolve problems and ensure service excellence.
- Liaise with production team to ensure on-time production and delivery and resolve production-related issues.
- Communicate customer feedback and market information to relevant departments to inform product development and improve customer experience.

Reporting & other tasks

**Experience requirements**:
**Academic level**
- Graduated with a major in Business Administration or related major

**Experience**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international business, with knowledge in flooring or construction materials industry

**Knowledge, Skills**
- Proficient in English with 4 skills
- Knowledge of import-export, distribution, construction materials industry
- Ability to work independently and in groups.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Willing to travel for work when needed.

**Education requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or related fields
