1. Customer Check-in & Support
- Warmly welcome and efficiently check in customers for workshops based on scheduled time slots, ensuring a smooth and organized start to their experience.
- Proactively assist customers with any questions or needs they may have upon arrival.
- Guide and organize customers throughout their workshop experience, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the check-in area.
- Anticipate potential customer needs and proactively address them.

2. Sales & Consultation
- Provide knowledgeable and personalized product recommendations to customers, understanding their individual needs and preferences.

Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, highlighting product features and benefits. Maintain an organized, visually appealing, and well-stocked display area, ensuring products are readily available and attractively presented.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.

3. Communication & Order Management
- Professionally and efficiently handle customer inquiries via various communication channels, including hotline, Zalo, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Messenger.
- Process and track deliveries, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Manage retail orders, from order placement to delivery confirmation, ensuring seamless coordination between sales and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.

4. Cashiering & Commission Management
- Accurately process transactions using the POS system, handling cash, credit card, and other forms of payment with precision.
- Reconcile daily cash intake and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Meticulously record and track sales commissions, ensuring proper calculation and timely payment.
- Address any inquiries or issues related to commission tracking, resolving discrepancies efficiently and professionally.

- Fluent English communication skills (compulsory).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

- Detail-oriented and meticulous in handling transactions and customer information.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer issues effectively.
- Prior experience in customer service or cashier roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
