**What You Will Do**:

- Work directly with Country Manager to optimize company's profit concerning outsourcing and expenses
- Liaise with vendors on an ongoing basis to ensure Business Units' needs are met on time, quality, and cost basis
- Ensuring the accuracy of procurement contracts according to Company policy
- Ensuring the procurement of product is correct in quantity and quality according to departments' requirements
- Ensuring the procurement terms and conditions as agreed with vendors (delivery terms, payment terms etc.)
- Cooperate with the Finance department for effective payment progress
- Other tasks as directed by Country Manager

**Who You Are**:

- Holder of Bachelor's degree
- At least 02 years working experience as a Procurement Executive or similar position
- A quick learner with good research, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skill
- Good command in English
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
- A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision
