**Scope of work**:

- To oversee and manage Marketing team, Business Development, Reservation to ensure maximum revenue, promotional coverage and marketing opportunities are achieved for multiple hospitality brands._

**Main Responsibilities**
- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
- Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
- Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
- Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Source and actively manage local, national, regional and international media visits to the hotel
- Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
- Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
- Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community
- Manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within Sales and Marketing department.
- Help develop talents by acting as mentor for subordinates

**Job Requirements**
- University degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management
- At least 5 years in a Director of Sales or Director of Marketing at top Hospitality establishment.
- Demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
- Experience with domestic marketing in hospitality is a plus
- Proficiency in developing, implementing and executing strategic action plans for all sales market segments and marketing plan expenses
- Ability to analyze data and drive Sales results, perform market analysis and implementing strategic steps to improve positioning
- Excellent relationship building skills and presentation skills
- Proven leadership skills and flexible and adaptable to changes.
