**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
**GOALS**
- Build appropriate Marketing activities for each channel
- Implement marketing activities to support business according to the approved plan
- The focal point to coordinate work reliably, effectively and creatively with the Business Division with full performance measurement reports.

**MAIN TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Implement each marketing activity according to the approved plan, promote business results in each period
- Report the odometer results of each marketing activity to evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing activities on driving business
- Exploit potential, build cooperative relationships with distribution channel partners, business partners to develop business opportunities
- Capture market, competitor, and customer information to make appropriate recommendations and advise Company Leaders
- Coordinate with partners to build and implement sales promotion programs
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager in accordance with the capacity and scope of work.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Graduated from University or higher majoring in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in banking and finance/ fintech company. Experienced in building relationships with business partners, serving Trade Marketing activities
- Knowledge of banking and finance industry
- Implement and measure promotions and sales promotion programs
- Event organization
- Online and offline advertising & communication channels
- Marketing ability, market forecast investigation
- Ability to capture competitor information
- Creativity and continuous improvement
