Our client is a leading bank in Vietnam who is looking for a talent to join their firm:
Take complete accountability for business targets associated with card products for all customer segments under the RB Divisions purview.Take total accountability for business goals concerning Unsecured Lending products for every customer segment under the RB Division’s purview.In charge of the Upper Mass Customer Segments business development and management standards.Oversee the development of policies and relevant business procedures, and marketing activities for card products, unsecured loans, and expansion of the upper-mass market.Carry out other duties as directed by Retail Banking BOD and CEO in each period.Work with subordinates including Head of Cards Product, Head of Cards’ Portfolio & Usage, Head of OD & Sales Enablement, Head of Upper Mass segment & Unsecured Product.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Banking, Finance, or any related major.Solid understanding of Card, Unsecured Lending Product Management.At least 10 years of experience in Card/Unsecured Lending business in both local and international banks, with proven track record of managing staff, targets, sales, service and processes.Excellent commercial acumen, plus ability to negotiate for successful outcomes.Strategic planning, logical thinking, result-oriented and strong team player.Strong in numerical analysis.Outstanding ability to work independently, and coordinate and influence/motivate others within the team.Strong communication skills.Fluency in English.
