**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
**A.Mục tiêu công việc**:

- Quản lí nhằm nâng cao được hiệu suất của Phòng vận hành thẻ. Xây dựng và kiểm soát nhằm giảm thiểu các hoạt động rủi ro, mang lại tối ưu hóa lợi nhuận cho công ty
- Managing to improve the performance of the Card Operation Department. Developing and controlling to minimize risky activities, bringing profit to the Company_
**B.NHIỆM VỤ, TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH**
1.Chịu trách nhiệm toàn bộ hoạt động của phòng vận hành thẻ từ khâu phát hành, vận hành, xử lý kiểm tra các yêu cầu, lỗi nếu có, tra soát đối soát, xử lý yêu cầu khách hàng liên quan đến quản lý thẻ, các phát sinh khác
- Responsible for the entire operation of the card opeation from issuing, operating, handling and checking requests, errors if any, reconciling, chargeback, handling customer requests card management and other arising issues..._

2.Xây dựng bộ quy trình vận hành, kế toán, đối soát, tra soát đối với các sản phẩm thẻ tín dung
- Developing operation flow, accounting, chargeback and reconciliation processes for credit card products_

3Lập kế hoạch, phương án, chi phí và triển khai vận hành hệ thống thẻ
- Developing plans, cost and implementing in details related to card operation_

4Quản lý hiệu quả chất lượng dịch vụ và quản lý rủi ro thẻ nhằm đảm bảo tăng lợi nhuận cho Công ty
- Effectively managing service quality and risk managment to ensure increased profits for the Company_

5.Phối hợp với các đối tác bên ngoài phát triển hệ thống thanh toán thẻ (thanh toán QR )
- Cooperation with 3rd Parties and working on Card Payment Infratructure development (in future for QR payment and so on)_

6.Thực hiện các báo cáo định kỳ, đột xuất theo yêu cầu của cấp có thẩm quyền
- Making periodic and ad hoc reports at the request of competent authorities_

7.Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của cấp có thẩm quyền
- Performing other assigned tasks as directed by superiors_

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**1.Bằng cấp**
Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên ưu tiên các ngành kinh tế có liên quan khác như Tài chính, Ngân hàng,
U_niversity graduated or above, preferably in other relevant economic disciplines such as Finance, Banking,..._

**_2._**Kinh nghiệm**
Tối thiểu 2 năm quản lý, có kính nghiệm triển khai dự án thẻ hoặc vận hành phòng nghiệp vụ thẻ ưu tiên kinh nghiệm hoạt động trong ngành tài chính cho vay tiêu dùng,
Kinh nghiệm quản lý theo thời gian được xác định theo số năm thâm niên làm quản lý thực tế
At least 2 years of management experience, exprerince in Card project and card operation preferably in the consumer lending industry.
- Management experience over time is determined by the number of years of seniority in actual management_
- Am hiểu sản phẩm, dịch vụ, chính sách của đơn vị
- Understanding the unit's products, services, and policies_
- Hiểu chi tiết các yêu cầu của sản phẩm, dịch vụ thẻ
- Có khả năng xây dựng những quy trình, nghiệp vụ, vận hành sản phẩm thẻ tín dụng
- Detail understanding of the card products and services' requirement_
- Ability to develop processes, operations, and operate credit card products_
