- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are understood and met.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s client portfolio.
- Present customized recruitment solutions to clients and negotiate terms of service agreements.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure alignment between client needs and recruitment delivery.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, ideally within recruitment, staffing, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and headhunting processes is a plus.
- Preferably English communication skills.
