- Phát triển sản phẩm, tối ưu hóa sản phẩm/ Perform product development, product optimisation
- Thực hiện các dự án nghiên cứu tối ưu hóa quy trình, tiết kiệm chi phí/ Perform Research project for process optimization, cost-saving.
- Tích cực nghiên cứu các công nghệ phù hợp và tổng hợp thành các sáng kiến cải tiến/ Actively research applicable technologies and synthesise into improvement initiatives
- Phối hợp với kỹ sư công nghệ và sản suất cho các thử nghiệm của nhà máy/ Collaborate with process engineering and production for plant trials
- Hỗ trợ nhóm sản xuất giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật/ Support production team for solving
technical problems
- Thiết kế và thực hiện các thí nghiệm trong phòng thí nghiệm R&D/ Design and perform experiment in R&D Laboratory
- Tổng hợp và phân tích dữ liệu thử nghiệm, kiến nghị bước tiếp theo của dự án/ Summarise and analyse experimental data, make recommendation on next steps
- Duy trì hồ sơ chi tiết, chính xác, dễ hiểu của tất cả các thử nghiệm và vẽ biểu đồ tất cả đường xu hướng dữ liệu với các mẫu kiểm soát và mẫu chuẩn phù hợp/ Maintain detailed, accurate, legible records of all experiments, and graph all relevant trend data along with the appropriate controls and blank
- Quản lý tất cả các dụng cụ và thiết bị trong tình trạng tốt nhất, giữ cho tất cả các khu vực làm việc gọn gàng và sạch sẽ, và tuân thủ tuyệt đối tất cả các quy trình an toàn / Manage all instruments and equipment in excellent condition, keep all work areas neat and clean, and follow all safety procedures without exception

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp kỹ sư Kỹ Thuật Hóa Học hoặc tương đương/ Bachelor of Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Hiểu biết sâu về hóa học và kỹ thuật hóa học/ Excellent understanding about chemistry and chemical engineering
- Có kiến thức vững chắc về phân tích hóa học và thí nghiệm/ Strong chemical analysis and experimentation
knowledge.
- Hiểu biết tiếng Anh/ English understanding
- Phân tích dữ liệu thực nghiệm/ Empirical data analysis
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các bài báo khoa học tiếng Anh/ Used English scientific Papers
- Đã làm việc tại công ty nước ngoài hoặc lĩnh vực R&D là một lợi thế/ Worked in foreign company or R&D field is an advantage
- Khả năng lên thí nghiệm thực tế và phân tích số liệu/ Practical experiments and data analysis
- Có khả năng sắp xếp ưu tiên cho các đầu việc và quản lý thời gian tốt/ Capable of prioritizing tasks and time management
- Kĩ năng tìm kiếm các bài báo/ bài nghiên cứu khoa học/ Scientific paper Search
- Có kỹ năng báo cáo tốt và thành thạo máy tính, thông thạo kỹ năng vi tính văn phòng/ Strong reporting and computer skills, fluent in MS package
- Độc lập và chủ động trong công việc, có khả năng làm việc với sự giám sát tối thiểu/ Independent and selfinitiator, capable of working with mínimal supervision
- Có kỹ năng làm việc nhóm/ Team work/team player
- Thông thạo tiếng Anh/ Fluent in English
