Senior Commercial Designer chịu trách nhiệm toàn diện về mặt hình ảnh thương mại của Nail La Mos, từ kênh online đến cửa hàng offline, đảm bảo thương hiệu luôn nổi bật và thu hút khách hàng. Vị trí này yêu cầu khả năng thiết kế đa dạng, từ UI/UX website, banner quảng cáo đến POSM tại cửa hàng, đồng thời hỗ trợ sản xuất nội dung hình ảnh, video phục vụ cho social media.

A. Thiết kế giao diện & tối ưu UI/UX trên website
- Chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế UI/UX website, đảm bảo giao diện trực quan, thân thiện với người dùng và tối ưu hóa trải nghiệm khách hàng trên desktop & mobile.
- Thiết kế các landing page, giao diện trang sản phẩm, popup banner, và các yếu tố hình ảnh giúp tăng tỷ lệ chuyển đổi.
- Phối hợp với đội phát triển website để đảm bảo hình ảnh hiển thị chuẩn xác, thống nhất với nhận diện thương hiệu.
- Nghiên cứu và đề xuất giải pháp tối ưu UI/UX, đảm bảo khách hàng dễ dàng tìm kiếm thông tin và mua hàng.

B. Thiết kế banner, hình ảnh thương mại & digital marketing
- Xây dựng bộ guideline hình ảnh cho các chiến dịch marketing, giúp đảm bảo sự đồng nhất và chuyên nghiệp trên tất cả các kênh.
- Tạo ra các concept hình ảnh sáng tạo, giúp sản phẩm nổi bật và thu hút khách hàng.
- Đảm bảo hình ảnh quảng cáo tuân thủ đúng tiêu chuẩn của từng nền tảng, tối ưu hiệu suất chạy quảng cáo.
- Thiết kế hình ảnh động (GIF, short animation) để tăng hiệu quả truyền tải thông điệp.

C. Chịu trách nhiệm về visual merchandising & tối ưu trải nghiệm khách hàng tại cửa hàng
- Thiết kế và quản lý hệ thống hình ảnh trưng bày tại cửa hàng, đảm bảo không gian bán hàng luôn chuyên nghiệp và hấp dẫn.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận kinh doanh để đề xuất ý tưởng trưng bày sản phẩm, tối ưu layout cửa hàng nhằm nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng.
- Chịu trách nhiệm sáng tạo các chiến dịch visual merchandising theo mùa, theo chương trình khuyến mãi hoặc theo chủ đề sự kiện.
- Đề xuất & triển khai các công nghệ hiển thị hình ảnh sáng tạo tại cửa hàng như LED screen, digital signage.
- Giám sát thi công và thực hiện các yếu tố trang trí cửa hàng để đảm bảo chất lượng thiết kế.

D. Thiết kế ấn phẩm POSM & in ấn tại cửa hàng
- Thiết kế các ấn phẩm in ấn như: Poster, standee, leaflet, menu, bảng giá, voucher, thẻ thành viên, packaging, hộp quà tặng.
- Làm việc với đối tác in ấn để đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm đúng với thiết kế ban đầu.
- Quản lý ngân sách in ấn và đảm bảo tính hiệu quả trong triển khai.
- Nghiên cứu xu hướng thiết kế in ấn để cập nhật vào bộ nhận diện thương hiệu.

E. Hỗ trợ quay dựng video & sản xuất nội dung social media
- Phối hợp với team Media Production để sáng tạo nội dung hình ảnh và video phù hợp cho các nền tảng social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook).
- Tham gia quay dựng video hướng dẫn sử dụng sản phẩm, các concept review sản phẩm, mini tutorial, behind-the-scenes.
- Chỉnh sửa video cơ bản, cắt ghép, thêm hiệu ứng đơn giản để sản phẩm trở nên hấp dẫn và bắt mắt.
- Đề xuất các ý tưởng nội dung hình ảnh/video sáng tạo nhằm tăng mức độ tương tác với khách hàng.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
A. Kỹ năng chuyên môn
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thiết kế thương mại, digital marketing, hoặc visual merchandising.
- Thành thạo Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (biết thêm After Effects, Premiere là lợi thế).
- Hiểu về UI/UX và có kinh nghiệm thiết kế website thương mại điện tử.
- Am hiểu về nguyên tắc bố cục, typography, màu sắc và các tiêu chuẩn thiết kế thương mại.
- Có khả năng chụp ảnh, chỉnh sửa ảnh cơ bản để sử dụng cho các ấn phẩm digital.
- Biết quay dựng video ngắn phục vụ cho social media là một lợi thế.

B. Tư duy & kỹ năng mềm
- Sáng tạo, chủ động đề xuất ý tưởng mới để nâng cao hiệu quả truyền thông hình ảnh.
- Khả năng làm việc độc lập và chịu áp lực cao với nhiều đầu việc cùng lúc.
- Có tư duy thẩm mỹ tốt, cập nhật nhanh các xu hướng thiết kế mới.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt để làm việc hiệu quả với nhiều bộ phận liên quan (Marketing, Kinh doanh, Media Production, IT).
- Cẩn thận, chi tiết trong quá trình thiết kế và triển khai in ấn.
