1 - Take main responsibility for running the Offices operation processes
- Handle all recurring and non-recurring tasks to ensure the Office operations process running smoothly (Capture, control, manage, track seat-map/stocks/ facility/ stationery )
- Look for suppliers, and vendors, research, price, purchase/rent, and control office space, stationary, furniture, equipment, and supplies
- Serve as point of contact with vendors and administration
- Correspond with colleagues, external parties, and guests
- Organize and store paperwork, documents, and computer-based information
2 - Manage the company assets (IT & non-IT assets): purchases, audit, maintain, and liquidate these machines following the requirements
3 - Management of the office expenses (Budgeting & Costing)
- Manage existing vendors, and suppliers and make monthly expenses: electricity, water
- Manage access card, parking car, taxi card, printing material, and sim card registration.
- Support and coordinate activities and events of the office (if required)
And other tasks assigned by the team as per company requirements.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- University graduated (in Business Administration is a plus)
- At least 3 years of experience in Administration or similar role
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese is a plus
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, open mindset, and time-management skills
- Detail oriented, careful, confident, trustworthy
- Able to use complex software and under pressure
