Tìm kiếm và phát triển khách hàng doanh nghiệp có nhu cầu: Dịch vụ tổ chức Tour/MICE/Teambuilding/Event theo yêu cầu của doanh nghiệp hoặc Dịch vụ đi công tác (vé máy bay, khách sạn, xe đưa đón, visa,...).
Tư vấn, giới thiệu sản phẩm/giải pháp đến khách hàng.
Chăm sóc, duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hàng cũ, bán chéo sản phẩm, tăng doanh số.
Kiên trì, chốt sales, lên hợp đồng.
Chăm sóc khách hàng: phối hợp với các bộ phận Kế toán, Dịch vụ,hỗ trợ tốt nhất cho khách hàng.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Nhanh nhẹn, hoạt bát, giao tiếp rõ ràng, lưu loát, trình bày thuyết phục
- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng/Đại học các ngành du lịch lữ hàng, hàng không, QTKD,...
- Kinh nghiệm sales tour du lịch khách đoàn (nội địa hoặc outbound)/hoặc kinh nghiệm phát triển khách hàng doanh nghiệp dùng sản phẩm phần mềm,... là lợi thế, ứng viên chưa có kinh nghiệm sẽ được hướng dẫn, đào tạo.
- Nhiệt huyết, máu lửa, kiên trì
- Khả năng đàm phán và thuyết phục khách hàng
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp
- Ngoại hình dễ nhìn, có thiện cảm
Lương Cơ bản + Phụ cấp: từ 8- 12 triệu- Thưởng hiệu quả năm, du lịch/teambuilding hàng năm, bảo hiểm sức khỏe,....
- Thưởng KPI: 3- 10 triệu
- Tổng thu nhập: 10- 20 triệu/tháng- Môi trường làm việc năng động, cơ hội thăng tiến cao
