Act as a leader in implementing and facilitating a culture of continuous improvement, while managing the development and implementation of the Operational Excellence program and driving key business-wide initiatives in the organization.This position will participate as a core member of Plant’s leadership team, assuming responsibility for establishing and meeting all elements of the OpEX plan for the plant to achieve cos saving targets.

This person will lead in driving the OpEx transformation of the plant and later the whole organization. He or she will assist the Plant Leadership Team to ensure that continuous improvement and best practices are part of our OpEx culture. Experience in teaching and driving Lean and Data-driven analytical thinking is required.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Act as a change agent to drive Continuous Improvement activities with the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma activities. Work as an influential role, with multiple business functions to improve functional areas i.e., Production, Quality, Human Resources, Logistics, Finance.
- Drive projects of existing conditions related to the waste elimination and non-value-added activities reduction.
- Develop and maintain continuous improvement project list for the site. This list tracks all Six Sigma, Lean and other continuous improvement projects. Update and prioritize this list on a regular, ongoing basis.
- Assign accountable individuals to drive continuous improvement projects. Track project progress with these individuals using periodical project review meetings.
- Responsible for performing/supporting quality investigations in a timely and thorough manner per applicable investigation procedures.
- Responsible to maintain and improve shop floor management system.
- Provide overview training for Lean tools and Six Sigma for all functional groups. Support all training needs when requested.
- Ensure complete KAIZEN and cost saving documentation for continuous improvement projects. Review monthly cost saving results with Production Controlling department. Assure that predicted savings are tracked, validated, reported and implemented.
- Assists leadership in establishing baseline and target metrics for key processes. Ensure plant OpEx scorecard is maintained and results are communicated monthly.
- Communicates Operational Excellence information/news to management, staff and employees

**Professional competencies**:

- Graduate university with technical background
- At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing work
- Having strong knowledge about LEAN, KAIZEN,
- Knowledge about Lead 6-sigma is a plus

**Personal competencies**:

- Having ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Having ability to identify risks and waste in the organization and actively work on it
- Be commit to relentless innovation and open-minded
- Having good communication skill, coordination skill and leadership
- Good command in English
