Key responsibilities

  • Delivering all financial reporting and analysis related to Finance Business Partner Department
  • Conduct financial reporting and analysis related to routine monthly/quarterly/annual or adhoc reports from Group and SBG not limited not limited to KPI reporting required from Group any other required internally by Group, SBG and PVA requirement and externally by external auditor
  • Prepare regular and adhoc reports for Top Management Leader Team (TLT), Quarterly Business Plan Review (QBPR), Business Plan, monthly pack, actual template, forecast required by Group, SBG and PVA.
  • Tracking significant spending (Expense Proposal for the Expense Proposals go to CEO, ACR, other spending categories) and ensure submission and Post implementation review process.
  • Make recommendation for any key financial metrics related to expense to be more efficient and effective inline with budget or cost saving opportunities for Head of FBP and CFO.
  • Update template required from Group, SBG and PVA and guide FBP to fill the template.
  • Manage relationship with key stakeholder such as Group Reporting, Internal Auditor and External Auditor to understand the reporting and analysis for FBP department.
  • Business planning and analysis and budget control
  • Provide regular and ad hoc business analysis on company performance in accordance with requirements from management.
  • Analyze budget from different perspectives and provide advices to Management for implementation of budget to be in line with company's strategy.
  • Analyze expenses to provide understanding of the cost impact of key elements in the business, make recommendations to Management the solution when appropriate.
  • Provide regular and adhoc expense reports including variance analysis related to business partner functions, highlighting areas of concerns/attention and up with relevant departments for proper actions.
  • Monitor and report expense overruns including recommended actions to management.
  • Regular monitoring of significant expenses such as advertising, contest, rental, headcount and staff cost, etc. Coordinate with budget holders and relevant personnel to stay on top of these key items.
  • Monitor the expense within the loading allowance.
  • Provide expense forecasts and scenario analysis as required by Management
  • Sound business analysis on company performance in accordance with requirements from management and advice to Management for implementation of budget to be in line with company's strategy
  • Finance Business Partner Operation
  • Handle all reports related Financial Business Partner as requested by PVA, SBG and Group
  • Perform monthend/yearend closing by ensuring all expense booked reflected to financial reports
  • Finance project management
  • Monitor and drive Finance projects in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure progress is not behind deadlines and spending is within budget
  • Monitor Post Implementation Review (PIR) for all Finance projects, ensure relevant stakeholders are aware of PIR deadlines and tasks

Adopt automation and intelligence solution:

  • Plan and execute dataled organization transformation Develop risk control plan to implement at FBP department.
  • In charge data/ reports improvement by centralizing and creating report standard to provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions.

System management:

  • PIC in charge of Cognos, On Base, and Coupa system related to FBP tasks and collaborate with regional team and PVA team to upload, maintenance and generate reports as required by company
Accountability

  • Delivering all financial reporting and analysis related to Finance Business Partner Department with well organized, accuracy and timely manner.
  • To coordinate with other teams (Corporate Actuarial, Financial Analysis, Financial Accounting...) to ensure financial reports are delivered with accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • To prepare periodical/adhoc MIS reports for Regional Office, PVA leadership team... and monitor the MI system to provide accurate, completed and timely information.
  • Being accountable of in charge of Cognos and OnBase system related to FBP tasks in term of well controlled, proper governance and accuracy.
  • Collaborating and having good connection with coworker and externally to drive expected outcome based on scope of work and responsibilities
Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • At least 05 years experiences of working in Insu
