- Project Implementation:
+ Leading the assigned project team as well as supporting, coordinating, challenging project team members, and providing guidance on projects

+ Managing the scope of project, project progress, project budget, risks within the assigned projects, between different countries, and plus maintaining all project documentation.

+ Providing internal + external (customer) status reporting on time

+ Ensuring that assigned projects are implemented on time, within budget, with the right quality, and ensuring that all relevant methodologies are followed at all times.
- Process improvement:
+ Reviewing current projects including operation process, warehouse management system, and SOP

+ Supporting operation team as well as standardize process

+ Implementing the process improvement
- Customer Solutions:
+ Cooperating with Business Development or Commercial team to get inquiry from customer

+ Clarifying and reviewing Request for Proposal or Request for Information

- Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in international business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, or related field.
- Basic knowledge about import/ export/ transportation process.
- Professional Qualification / Training
- Knowing Microsoft Project or equivalent software is an advantage
- Knowing Layout software is an advantage
- Skills & Competencies
- Good at customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English.
- Being careful and detail-oriented.
