**ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION**

The Green Growth Members ALLIANCE is a group of EUROCHAM Green Growth Sector Committee Members joining force to organize B2B advocacy and call for actions thru the ESG Series Masterclass.

Established in May 2014, Green Growth Sector Committee (GGSC) works together with the Government of Vietnam and its agencies as well as with Vietnamese and European companies to foster sustainable development in the economy, society, the environment. GGSC is one of the 20 sector committees of the Eurocham Vietnam comprising of around 1400 members.

The ESG Task Force is the sustainability sector committee of the CCIFV (French Chamber of Commerce) recently renamed this year 2024.

This is important to notice that this ESG Series Masterclass is supported by various chambers of commerce including: CCIFV, DBAV, CCIPV, Beluxcham, CEEC, Norcham & Cancham.

**MAIN DUTIES**

**Reporting to**:
Co-Chairman in charge of Communication

**Location**:
Ho Chi Minh City - Vietnam

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the GG Alliance and especially the ESG Series Masterclass marketing and communication plan;
- Coordinate events roadmap and event logistic organization with co-lead of specific ESG Series Masterclass;
- Monitor and support administrative & financial accounting of the GG Alliance
- Support the GG Alliance in research activities required by co-chairs;
- Ensure that GG Alliance & ESG Series Masterclass is presented in a professional manner when dealing with external stakeholders.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**Education and Training Background**:
Bachelor degree with top grades

**Work Experience**:
Not required but an asset

**Management Experience**:
Not required

**Requirements**:

- Strong English and Vietnamese written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with the use of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Basic Graphic design knowledge is a plus
- Interest in Sustainable Development.

**Languages**:
Native Vietnamese, fluent written and spoken English

**Software and Package Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Good at online researching and resourceful in finding relevant information
