**About the company**

A company that produces products made from synthetic staple fibers from polyester (their products are designed for insulation and warmth in the garment and bedding industries) is looking for a **General Manager**(Vietnamese only) for its new company in **Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Zone,** **Hai Phong City, Vietnam**

**About the position**:
The General Manager shall formulate and optimize factory operational strategies, supervise the production line, manage, and coordinate all various departments to ensure that entire factory operations run smoothly.

(Report to Board of Directors/HQ)

**Principal Roles and Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way. Ensure the Production Plan is achievable and optimized in order to best utilize the resources available, including manpower, machine and material.
- Screening, recruiting, and training new factory workers.
- Handle industrial mishaps and take action to repair any damage.
- Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
- Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
- Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
- Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
- Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
- Manage budgets and forecasts.
- Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Management and coordination of all various departments in the company (Besides production related departments, also have to manage QC, business, accounting, IT, HR and other departments.)
- To perform other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in business administration, Industrial Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.
- Certification in Production and Inventory Management as well as Quality Control.
- Familiarity with business, and financial principles.

**Soft Skills**:

- Outstanding time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills/ organizational skills

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in têxtile and garment is a plus.
- Language abilities: fluent in Vietnamese, good command of English abilities, and Mandarin is a plus.
- Understand the Management report.

**Benefits & Employment Conditions**

**Salary**: Up to 118,000,000₫ per month
