+ Hiểu biết về cơ chế bảo trì phòng ngừa và duy trì điều kiện máy móc (như phân tích độ rung); + Hiểubiết các thiết bị và khu vực có mối nguy và các mối nguy cụ thể trong hoạt động sản xuất;
+ Liên hệ với các chuyên gia trong lĩnh vực công nghệ để tìm hiểu hoặc giải quyết các vấn đề có liên quan.

**An Toàn**:Nắm rõ các qui định về an toàn và môi trường đối với con người, quy trình, nguyên vật liệu, sản phẩm và thiết bị nhằm đảm bảo tạo ra môi trường làm việc an toàn cho nhân viên.Hiểu rõ các mối nguy tại mỗi khu vực làm việc; **Môi Trường**:Giảm chi phí do chất thải và giảm thiểu tác động đến sức khỏe, an toàn và môi trường bằng việc loại bỏ chất thải và thông qua việc quản lý tốt các chất thải và chất độc hại;
- **Lãnh đạo**: Thúc đẩy sự phát triển của nhóm làm việc hiệu quả cao thông qua việc xây dựng văn hóa gắn kết và hợp tác tích cực; giao tiếp cởi mở, thể hiện vai trò lãnh đạo tin cậy;
- **Đào tạo và huấn luyện**:Khuyến khích các cải tiến kỹ thuật sử dụng các công cụ WCM. Đào tạo kỹ thuật viên vận hành và nhóm làm việc bán tự trị nhằm nâng cao thành tích làm việc của nhóm;
- **Đưa ra quyết định**:Thiết lập các quy tắc làm việc cho nhóm tự trị và hỗ trợ các vấn đề nhóm chưa giải quyết. Lên chiến lược cho việc cải tiến liên tục và bảo trì phòng ngừa trong khu vực chịu trách nhiệm dựa trên xu hướng tổn thất và theo chỉ đạo của Quản đốc phân xưởng;
**Cải tiến liên tục**: Áp dụng phương pháp của CD và khái niệm không tổn thất của trụ cột CDđểloại bỏ tổn thất. Phát triển kỹ năng cải tiến liên tục theo WCM; **Giải quyết vấn đề**: Có khả năng xác định, ưu tiên và giải quyết vấn đề sử dụng các công cụ phù hợp để ngăn ngừa tái diễn;
- **Chất lượng**: Áp dụng kiến thức về quản lý chất lượng, thiết lập thứ tự ưu tiên, cải tiến, đánh giá và chứng nhận...để duy trì các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng trong nhà máy;Quản lý: Có khả năng sắp xếp các nguồn lực và áp dụng quy trình quản lý rủi ro. Thiết lập thứ tự ưu tiên và khả năng tạo ra sự thay đổi. Giải quyết các xung đột nếu có; Quản lý tốt nhóm sản xuất, sắp xếp ca làm việc, đề xuất lương, đánh giá thành tích, huấn luyện và đảm bảo an toàn mọi hoạt động. Đảm bảo tuân thủ các chính sách của pháp luật và công ty; Quản lý các hồ sơ sản xuất tại phân xưởng; Lên kế hoạch và tổ chức sản xuất: Lên kế hoạch sản xuất cho phân xưởng và giám sát việc triển khai hoạt động thúc đẩy cải tiến; Nhận thức về doanh nghiệp: Hiểu được nhu cầu cần cải tiến và đổi mới của doanh nghiệp.

**B. Yêu cầu về kinh nghiệm và kỹ năng**:
1. Kỹ sư cơ khí, bảo trì;
2. Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với nhóm bán tự trị;
3. Kinh nghiệm áp dụng các phương pháp bảo trì phòng ngừa và bảo trì tự trị; 4. Kỹ năng huấn luyện tốt là điều kiện bắt buộc;
5. Có khả năng phân tích các quy trình kỹ thuật;
6. Linh hoạt trong quản lý, có kỹ năng lãnh đạo tốt;
