**Key Responsibility**
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Malaysia, understanding their technical needs and presenting tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- **Technical Expertise**: Demonstrate a deep understanding of AIOT smart workspace solutions, including enterprise digital transformation, physical security systems (facial recognition access, physical security turnstile and lift control system), and other related technologies.
- **RFx Tender Submission**: Lead the preparation and submission of RFx documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance with customer requirements, and alignment with DeltaFrontier’s strategic goals.
- **System Demonstration**: Conduct product and system demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of DeltaFrontier's solutions to prospective clients.
- **Technical Proposal Development**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed technical proposals that address customer challenges and articulate the value of our solutions.
- **Solution Design**: Assist in designing and configuring solutions based on customer requirements, ensuring integration with existing systems and alignment with industry standards.
- **Project Deployment**: Oversee and manage the deployment of projects as requested by clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation of solutions.
- **Market and Industry Knowledge**: Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies within the Malaysian market, providing insights that drive the continuous improvement of DeltaFrontier’s offerings.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Datacenter Experience**: Experience in datacenter environments, including BMS, DCIM, and PMS, is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in system design, technical proposal writing, and conducting system demonstrations. Knowledge of RFx tender processes is essential.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- **Customer-Focused**: Demonstrated ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that deliver tangible business value.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
