Contract Logistics Business Development Specialist

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of Business Growth.
- ** Your Role **:Your primary objective will be to support the development of existing or new Contract Logistics business at a country or cluster level by coordinating all business development activities. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with our current commercial policy while focusing on the following key objectives.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:
- To ensure that pipeline opportunities are managed in a compliant way while ensuring adherence to the entire Customer Engagement Cycle.
- To support in the creation of high quality business proposals + other related presentations.
- To act as the coordination point for all marketing activities (events, mailings, publications etc.).
- To capture + manage business + market intelligence.
- To support the highlighting of achievements in the business development space.
- To drive + roll-out yearly business development plans for the specified vertical.
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven successful Business Development experience in a complex environment; preferably in Contract Logistics.
- Good communication and influencing/ negotiation skills
- Build up relationship internal and external; highly organized with the ability to wear multiple hats in a fast moving environment and drive performance and build differentiators.
- Good mindset in proactively developing effective, long-term solutions for our customers, incorporating latest industry trends, and delivering continuous improvement.
- Ability of managing multiple tasks under time pressure with positive attitude.
