**Responsibilities**

Increase field force efficiency (collaborate with AP Cluster SFE)

Customer relationship management:

- Assist to provide the guidance to field force and managers on Veeva CRM related actions in timely manner.
- Assist in CRM training / retraining by AP CRM lead in Vietnamese
- Data change request duplicate review in Vietnamese language
- Validate the Vietnamese DCR information quality in new account creation
- Maintain the Territory Rules diligently in Veeva CRM with local geographical knowledge

Support in providing insights, data for incentive calculations in collaboration with AP Cluster SFE.

Assist in territory alignment process for untagged sales with local geographical knowledge on weekly basis
- Adopting the AP territory alignment process for untagged sales and translate into action required for different stakeholders involved.
- Submit the sales report after reviewed by Business Manager to cluster to meet the timeline of quarterly Target setting process & sales incentive calculations.
- Co-working with AP SFE team to obtain the correct sales incentive calculation through integrating account data sales report and the target setting

Assist in SFE projects ie. Targeting segmentation.

Other business support:

- Provide necessary check on FF activities ie. display program check, abnormal sales accounts check..in collaboration with Trade Channel Manager and Business Manager
- Maintain local dashboard (sales, calls reports ) & trouble shooting if needed.
- Support on activities including PO creation, vendor code creation/ non PO for sponsorship/ programs for cross functional teams ie. Trade channel, Market access, Alliance, Medical.

Office management ( other task ):

- Supervising day-to-day office activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Managing local vendors & suppliers to deliver the best services to business partners & stakeholders.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending and other expenses.
- Planning, scheduling, and executing office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals
- Support travel booking, meeting arrangement for Commercial Director and Business Manager

**Required Education, Experience and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Previous SFE related work in pharmaceutical companies or in market research company is an advantage.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical companies’ structure and practices
- Excellent in excel and power BI (or willingness to learn BI) and good at Microsoft Office.
- Understanding SAP, CRM system and requirements.
- Good at analytic and data mining work,
- Ability to build & manage sales dashboard report and able to interpret data from reports effectively
- Good at project management.
- Good at muti-tasking and problem solving
- Strong communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Language - Must be fluent in English and the local language
