**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 7 - 10 triệu VNĐ)
- Visiting real estate projects and getting property owners'/tenants' data from reception or management office and sharing with admin team.
- Helping admin team to create data base of different projects, properties, owners and tenants.
- Cordinating with admin team to contact owners of properties and to arrange visit to the properties, getting all property/project details, furniture list, project amenities, etc, taking their pictures/videos and sharing with admin team.
- Helping admin team in making drafts of properties for posting on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Zalo, etc).
- Coordinating with admin team to handle customer’s visit to the properties and showing them the properties, project amenities in detail.
- Following up with owners and customers to finalize the deal between them.
- Sharing details of owner and customer with admin team for making of deposit and rental contracts.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Minimum 2 years of work experience, in business management, sales & marketing, real estate or similar fields.
- Good Computer, Tablet and Smartphone Skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoints) is mandatory.
- Good skill in taking/editing pictures, making/editing short videos, posting pictures/videos on company’s social media apps.
- Good English skills (listening, writing and reading) is mandatory.
- Good Sales skills, ability to make business dealings with property management offices, receptions, customers, etc.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to handle both foreigner and local customers with ease.
- Ability to accept new challenges, travelling to different projects, meeting new people.
- Totally customer focused, putting customer’s interest first in any situation, understanding customer needs and trying best to achieve customer’s expectations.
- Cool temperament, remaining calm and handling things calmly even under stress situation.
