**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 10 - 15 triệu VNĐ)
- Phối hợp, hỗ trợ đội Sales lập PL, báo giá, hợp đồng, Biên bản bàn giao, xuất hóa đơn trên hệ thống SAP, trình duyệt Hợp đồng/Văn bản,... trên hệ thống nội bộ.

Coordinate, support Sales to prepare PL, quotes, contracts, handover mintues, issue invoices on the SAP system, make approval for Contract/Documents,... on the internal system.
- Kiểm tra báo cáo công nợ và đôn đốc khách hàng thanh toán đúng hạn.

Check customer’s debt statement and remind customer to pay on-time
- Lập, quản lý và theo dõi tất cả các chứng từ bao gồm: hợp đồng mua bán, hóa đơn, các vấn đề liên quan đến hóa đơn (biên bản sửa/hủy...)

Prepare, manage and keep track all documents include: sale contracts, invoice, matters related to invoice (correction /cancellation minutes...).
- Quản lý, theo dõi dự án đang phụ trách (Chi tiêu, Cost, lãi lỗ dự án,....)

Manage and keep track the project in charge (Expense, Cost, Profit & Lost,....)
- Hỗ trợnghiên cứu, tìm hiểu và khảo sát trong phát triển sản phẩm của công ty;
Support research and surveys in the company's product development
- Tư vấn, giới thiệu đến khách hàng các sản phẩm của công ty;
Consulting, introducing to customers the company's products;
- Tạo các báo cáo theo yêu cầu, Soạn thảo các văn bản, giấy tờ theo yêu cầu

Create required reports, Draft documents, papers according to job requirements
- Xây dựng mối quan hệ với khách hàng.

Build relationships with customers.
- Các công việc phát sinh khác theo tính chất công việc khi được yêu cầu.

Other jobs arising according to the nature of work when required.

Experience: At least 2 years experiences in Sales Support, Sale Admin (IT field)
- Kiến thức/ Knowledge:
+ Kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Sale Support/ Nền tảng IT

Experienced of Sales Support/IT background.

+ Có hiểu biết hoặc đam mê trong lĩnh vực CNTT

Having knowledge or passion in Information Technology field.

+ Ngôn ngữ: Tiếng Anh (Biết tiếng Hàn cơ bản là 1 lợi thế)

Language: English (Knowing basic Korean is preferred)
- Kỹ năng/ Skill:
+ Kỹ năng giao tiếp, kỹ năng phân tích và đa nhiệm, kỹ năng làm việc nhóm

Communication skills, analytical and multitasking skills, teamwork skill

+ Thành thạo MS Office (Word, Power point, Excel)

Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Power point, Excel)

+ Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch và quản lý thời gian

Planning and time management skill
- Trình độ chuyên môn: Cử nhân kinh doanh, kinh tế, hoặc CNTT.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or IT fields.
