**A/ Job content**:
**1/ Sales**:

- Deliver a luxury service to all clients.
- Responsible for the team target and all individual target.
- Grow sales, always stay focused and take actions to achieve the store sales targets, KPIs and profitability goals.
- Develop customer database and create customer loyalty.
- Propose ideas and suggestions to Management levels to boost sales.
- Maintain the Store’s sales performance in top Ranking at Shopping mall/ Department Store.

**2/ Merchandising and inventory**:

- Forecast stock needed to drive selling. Control inventory shortage.
- Take responsibility for sales forecast, inventory management, replenishment, stock deliveries
- Ensure the level of the store's visual standards, and their perfect match with the brand's standards in accordance with guidelines.
- Ensure regular audits and stock takes.
- Be alerted of stock status to conduct sales optimization.

**3/ Management**:

- Manage day-to-day store operations and all aspects of the store (store images, VM, BAs, customer services, assets, safety, hygiene, etc.).
- Manage and supervise BAs. Arrange working schedules for BAs, check and monitor working shifts, BA grooming.
- Track each BA’s performance, and ensure all team members receive the right support to reach their best potential.
- Always be present and resolve any internal problems or customer complaints at the store if any.

**Others**:

- Provide daily, bi-weekly, and monthly reports.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Management.

**B/ Requirements**:

- Well-groomed. Graduated from High School / College or above.
- Minimum 3 years experience working for luxury beauty brands, with at least 1-year

experience at similar position (Store Manager or Shift Leader)
- Good leadership. Dynamic, professional, and motivated by KPI's challenges.
- Honesty and integrity.
- Good at POS system, office computer skills, and English communication.

**C/ Benefits**:

- Salary base: 15 mil gross/ month + incentives
- Full package of social insurance & annual leave based on Labor Law 2019
