- Thực hiện việc ghé thăm, trưng bày, triển khai các CTKM tại siêu thị, cửa hàng điện máy/điện lạnh theo kế hoạch.
- Tham gia vào mọi hoạt động bán hàng, chăm sóc, xây dựng mối quan hệ với khách hàng.
- Đảm bảo trưng bày POSM, hình ảnh trưng bày tại điểm bán
- Đào tạo, huấn luyện nhân viên bán hàng tại các siêu thị về kiến thức sản phẩm, các chương trình khuyến mãi
- Theo dõi, quản lý tồn kho tại các siêu thi, kho công ty, đảm bảo cung ứng hàng hóa trên tại các khu vực phụ trách
- Chủ động trong việc lên kế hoạch tiếp cận và mở rộng thị trường, cập nhật, tìm hiểu xu hướng thị trường, định vị của thương hiệu & nhu cầu của khách hàng.

- Ưu tiên ứng viên làm việc trong ngành hàng điều hòa không khí/ máy lạnh
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và thương lượng tốt
- Cõ kỹ năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề,
- Kỹ năng làm việc độc lập hoặc theo nhóm
- Có thể đi công tác thường xuyên
- Nhanh nhẹn, năng động và chịu được áp lực công việc
- Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng Word/Excel/Powerpoint
