Senior Social Media Executive

**What you will do**:

- Market research and benchmark for social product development;
- Participate in planning and pitching process for social product;
- Develop ideas and regular content pieces for internal channels and external channels of Zalo, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook;
- Ensure content adheres to voice, brand, quality standards;
- Research as needed for writing content pieces to stay relevant, update to current copy trends;
- Copy, proofread and edit your own and other’s copy as needed;
- Manage and run ads on Business ads account of TikTok, Meta, Google;
- Create social insight reports based on the statistic of Facebook, TikTok, YouTube;
- Quality and crisis control on social space;
- Work closely with Content Planner, Content Writer and Content Specialist to deliver and implement plans.

**What you will need**:

- At least 2 years of social content planning and implementing (must provide portfolio/ works with active links);
- Experience with social community build and maintain;
- Self-motivated, proactive, reliable, accountable and curious personality;
- Good communication skills & writing skills in Vietnamese and English as a plus;
- Strong aesthetic and common sense;
- Highly organized thinker with deep attention to detail and follow through;
- Ability to effectively manage own time;
- Ability to collaborate with designers & internal stakeholders.
