**We will trust you to**:

- Develop social content calendar and collaborate with team to create, support, and execute content, campaigns and initiatives across key channels, ensuring content adheres to a consistent voice and brand guidelines (including but not limited to IG/FB/Youtube/Tiktok)
- Champion ideas for new content and innovative ways of engaging and reaching audiences on existing social media platforms and discover ways for new social media launches and channels of engagement
- Be an advocate for the company in communities, forums, and interact with potential target audiences
- Able to initiate, collaborate, and track/analyse delivery and make decision to course correct and optimise
- Work with creative designers and video editors to create templates for social branding engagement and support basic designs works
- Manage the private messages on social media and escalate to sales team to provide further information to people who are interested in Zenyum’s solutions
- Monitor the brand’s community pages and build up the brand visibility on relevant communities

**We love to see**:

- Have 2 years of experience in content and social media marketing; FMCG/Beauty/Cosmetics/High End Fashion/Tech product product experience preferred
- Realise that words matter and tweak them rigorously until they are perfect
- Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and working in a fast paced environment.
- Practical social media content writing skills and have shown track record to attract and bring in direct business through posts and campaigns
- Ability to communicate and write effectively across a variety of media in English is required.
- Curious and creative in testing out new things with a growth hacking mentality
- Broad, expert knowledge of communication trends and best practice
- Ability or knowledge/passion of create video content using handy camera or mobile phone is a plus
