**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Đến 20 triệu VNĐ)
- Nhận và xử lý lệnh giao dịch chứng khoán, các yêu cầu nghiệp vụ của khách hàng qua Tổng đài;
- Tiếp nhận và xử lý tất cả đề nghị, yêu cầu của khách hàng liên quan đến sản phẩm, dịch vụ do công ty cung cấp qua Tổng đài;
- Tiếp nhận đánh giá và phản hồi đánh giá của khách hàng. Thu thập và phân tích các đánh giá của khách hang qua Tổng đài;
- Thực hiện các báo cáo hoạt động và nghiệp vụ theo quy định;
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu cấp trên;
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có CCHN chứng khoán (MG trở lên).

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Yêu cầu về kinh nghiệm và kiến thức:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học hệ chính quy chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Tài chính, Ngân hàng, Chứng khoán;
- Có chứng chỉ hành nghề chứng khoán hoặc các chứng chỉ chuyên môn về chứng khoán;
- Có kiến thức về chứng khoán, luật và các quy định liên quan;
- Nắm vững về các sản phẩm dịch vụ công ty cung cấp cho khách hàng trong từng thời kỳ;
- Kiến thức chung về hệ thống giao dịch;
- Nguyên lý sắp xếp công việc: lập kế hoạch, triển khai mục tiêu, đánh giá kết quả.

Yêu cầu khác:

- Kỹ năng sử dụng và giao tiếp qua điện thoại;
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, lắng nghe;
- Kỹ năng phân tích và đề xuất các ý kiến, giải pháp;
- Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm;
- Kỹ năng áp dụng công nghệ thông tin trong công việc;
- Khả năng lập kế hoạch và tổ chức thực hiện công việc;
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản;
- Tin học: sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm tin học văn phòng.
