**JOB SUMMARY**:
We are searching for a personable, motivated individual who possesses HIGH COMMAND of ENGLISH, a high level of attention to detail, and a spirit of excellence. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for the healthcare industry to make a difference in Vietnam’s leading private hospital group.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Schedule regular meetings and record minutes/decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps).
- Break projects into tasks, and set timeframes and goals.
- Schedule and coordinate multiple project teams.
- Create and update manuals, charts, workflows, and project trackers.
- Conduct risk analyses.
- Prepare documents for internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Place orders for resources, e.g. equipment and software.
- Work with Hoan My hospitals and clinics to collate necessary information (e.g. user requirements).
- Track project expenses against budget, and anticipate future costs.
- Monitor project progress, escalate, and address potential issues and risks.
- Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
- Measure and report on project performance.
- Act as the point of contact for all stakeholders.
- Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and vendors.
- All other duties are assigned by the Project Lead.

**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**:

- Prior experience working in a Medical Corporation, Hospital, or Clinic is required.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Work effectively and independently with modest support and guidance.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Have a genuine interest in project management and hospital management.
- Strong foundation in project management principles.
- Able to create and manage documentation flow in terms of project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Have a practical, hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Be eager to learn new skills and have the ability to do so.
- Be meticulous and unfazed by very high standards.
- Have an opinion, but know when restraint is appropriate.
- Be able to earn the trust of both junior and senior colleagues.
- Have a strong desire to achieve but not at the expense of others.
- Be a great team member and have great team spirit.
- Be a positive person.

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or any relevant field.
