This position contributes to generating report/data and calculate sales contest for all distributions to support business operation

Job Responsibilities:

- Discuss with Distribution Strategic teams to clarify and contribute for the contest get more effective and efficiency
- Tham gia thảo luận với nhóm và bộ phận Chiến lược Phát triển Kinh Doanh để làm rõ cũng như đóng góp ý kiến để các chương trình thi đua đạt hiệu quả cao hơn_
- Understanding the definition, terms and conditions of sales contest
- Tìm hiểu về các định nghĩa, các điều khoản, điều kiện của các chương trình thi đua của các kênh_
- Calculate and double check with team members to deliver result for contest of all distributions
- Thực hiện tính toán và kiểm tra kết quả với các thành viên trong nhóm cho các chương trình thi đua của các kênh Kinh doanh_
- Proceed payment for sales contests
- Thực hiện thanh toán cho kết quả của các chương trình thi đua sau khi tính toán_
- Provide result of sales force segmentation, promotion, validation, classification of distribution compensation schemes
- Cung cấp kết quả tính toán về phân hạng, phân loại, chỉ tiêu thăng tiến, chỉ tiêu duy trì chức danh quy định trong các chính sách thu nhập c
- a đội ngũ Kinh Doanh_
- Deliver tracking/standard/ad-hoc reports to support Sales Forces on sales performance improvement
- Cung cấp các báo cáo định kỳ hoặc ad-hoc để đội ngũ Kinh Doanh theo dõi doanh số nhằm hỗ trợ thúc thành tích kinh Doanh_
- Xây dựng và bảo trì cơ sở dữ liệu nội bộ và các ứng dụng, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho nhóm_
- Nắm rõ kiến thức về nghiệp vụ bảo hiểm, quy trình và hệ thống của các Phòng/ban và phân tích yêu cầu phức tạp, cấu trúc dữ liệu, hệ thống để phát triển tự động hoá ứng dụng (Microsoft, SAS, SQL Server, Power BI...) để đáp ứng yêu cầu công việc_
- Ability to utilize statistical and technical tools to analyze and solve business problems
- Sử dụng các công cụ thống kê, kỹ năng, kỹ thuật để phân tích và giải quyết công việc_

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics/Mathematics/Business Administration/Information Technology
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học, ưu tiên chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Toán Tin, Quản trị Kinh daonh, Công nghệ thông tin_

Knowledge and skill / Kiến thức và kỹ năng
- Knowledge techniques, MS Office, Systems, Data Server, SQL
- At least 02 years of relevant experience on systems, reporting, statistics, database processing, life insurance operations.
- Logical thinking, details, high accuracy rate, good communication, understand insurance business, analytical and problem
- solving skills
