This position involves working with data and managing it in order to ensure that it is collected, analyzed, reported and used for the organization purposes. Assisting in the development of an enterprise data governance program, which will help ensure that the data is collected and managed safely and securely.

Job responsibility:

- Incharge data/ reports improvement by centralizing and creating report standard to provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions.
- Identify the new business opportunities with the use of data assets to achieve efficiency and represent the data as the business asset.
- Creating and presenting process improvement reports for Finance Business Partner department.
- Troubleshooting and improving new processes for Finance Business Partner department.
- Updating process and procedure policies.
- Handle performing cross-reconciliation of daily business data with other functions (OP,MIS, DOS.etc...)
- Facilitate the collaboration process with Finance, Actuarial and other functions to provide MIS reports on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ haft-year and yearly reports basis/Ad-hoc reports requested by relevant stakeholders.
- Handle collecting KPI reports (Finacial and Non-Financial) submitted by other function then upload into PCA’s MI system
- Handle all reports related Financial Business Partner department.
- Support and instruct other departments about Finance-related operating manual & systems.
- Self-handle to solve issues regarding to data, report & process.
- Handle the new requirement from Group (PCA - Prudential Corporation Assurance) regarding to new report template, new process
- Be responsible for the quality of reports, and on time delivery
- Be able to lead people if delegated.
- Other tasks delegated by line manager

Job requirement:

- Bachelor’s Degree in economics, business administration, banking & finance

Knowledge & Skills
- At least 05 years experiences of working in Insurance/ Finance/ Banking or equivalent position
- Possess Leadership skills in advanced level
- Possess Stakeholder Management skill in advanced level
- Have good English skills in advanced.
- Must be good knowledge in Excel, Access, SQL, VBA & Power BI.
- Be able to work independently and under pressure to meet the deadline committed in company level
- Be able to work with details and good analytical skills to deal with large of amount of complex data.
- Possess good communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication and partnership skills essential for interacting with key stakeholders
