- Prepare KPIs & Targets for sale forces (branch and individual levels)
- Prepare regularly RM performance and incentive budget usage to management and provide Branches daily support on incentives and KPIs concerns
- To organize/take part in internal trainings and perform other tasks assigned by the line manager

**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor of economics, finance or relevant fields
- 2-3 years of experience in working in MIS relevant fields
- Ability to work proactively, flexibly, independently or within a team environment
- Excellence with MS Office and other data analysis tools
- Strong communication including written, oral, and presentation skills
- Good command of English
