**Job Requirements
**Principal Responsibilities
- Make quotation format and create Projects folder.
- Process paperwork: stamp, scan files and put them in SharePoint properly, sending hard of docs (if needed) and sorting out them as well.
- Present completion Report (CR):
a) Prepare and take CR from customers.
b) Send it to Finance team for issuing invoice.
c) Send its hard copy (if any)
- CT and other legal documentation:
a) Compose the draft contracts and get the respective number (input information in excel file as well).
b) Ask for Legal team’s revise.
c) Get back with Legal team after collaborating with Sales to review with customers if any changes.
d) Get approval for revised points (up to cases), must get signature and send hard copies to customers timely.
e) Scan and put them in SharePoint properly.
- Handling and maintaining the existing & renewal deals.
- Other tasks assigned by Sales Manager ad hoc.
**Work Experience
***Experience required**:
- Procurement/Purchasing work experience is a must
- Sales work experiences
- Using strong attention to details to enter customer data with perfect accuracy.
- Meticulous, good interpersonal communication, supportive and can do multi tasks.
- Proficient at MS Suite
- Be familiar with using system: SAP, Salesforce.
