Under the leadership of the Calling & Premium Collection Management Manager the Calling Premium Collection Senior Specialist takes responsibility to support and drive the contact strategy by defined model as well as hold the customer service projects from material preparation, execution to reporting and administrative tasks as requested.
Dưới sự lãnh đạo của Quản lý Thu phí Bảo hiểm, Chuyên gia Cấp cao Thu phí Bảo hiểm chịu trách nhiệm hỗ trợ và định hướng chiến lược tiếp cận theo mô hình xác định cũng như nắm giữ các dự án dịch vụ khách hàng từ chuẩn bị vật chất, thực hiện các công việc báo cáo và hành chính theo yêu cầu.
This supporting role is expected to work closely on customer activity management, system/technology tool preparation/continue develop for enrich customer profile and support agency in customer interaction task. This role is to contribute in delivery of results within agreed upon timelines for internal stakeholders.
Vai trò hỗ trợ này dự kiến sẽ hợp tác chặt chẽ trong việc quản lý hoạt động của khách hàng, chuẩn bị hệ thống / công cụ công nghệ / tiếp tục phát triển để làm phong phú hồ sơ khách hàng và hỗ trợ cơ quan trong nhiệm vụ tương tác với khách hàng. Vai trò này góp phần trong việc cung cấp kết quả trong thời gian được thỏa thuận cho các bên liên quan nội bộ.

- Assist in driving effectively the contact strategy to the outcome that fit to business expectation.
- Hỗ trợ trong việc thúc đẩy hiệu quả chiến lược liên hệ đến kết quả phù hợp với kỳ vọng của doanh nghiệp._
- Coordinate to organize and manage strategic & functional customer service projects nationwide.
- Phối hợp để tổ chức và quản lý các dự án dịch vụ khách hàng chiến lược trên toàn quốc._
- Assist Nationwide Head in administrative tasks.
- Hỗ trợ Trưởng bộ phận Toàn quốc trong các công việc hành chính._

- Maintain effective relationships with site leadership team and other functional teams i.e. IT systems support, PMO, OP, AD, PD
- Duy trì mối quan hệ hiệu quả với nhóm quản lý khu vực và các nhóm chức năng khác, ví dụ như hỗ trợ hệ thống CNTT, PMO, OP, AD, PD _
- Supports the site manager and as appropriate represents of CCE calling team in transformation projects.
- Hỗ trợ người quản lý địa điểm và nếu thích hợp thì sẽ đại diện cho nhóm kêu gọi CCE trong các dự án chuyển đổi._
- Local change support when introducing new interventions/ procedures.
- Hỗ trợ thay đổi địa phương khi đưa ra các biện pháp can thiệp / thủ tục mới._

- Coordination and delivery of innovative engagement initiatives and activities aligned to business and people strategy.

Operational Effectiveness & Control /

- Knowledge of Group compliance, Operational Risk and other related controls in CS area and/or Premium payment at Partnership.
- Kiến thức về tuân thủ Nhóm, Rủi ro Hoạt động và các kiểm soát liên quan khác trong lĩnh vực CS và/hoặc Thanh toán phí bảo hiểm tại Quan hệ đối tác._
- Demonstrate cost effectiveness on all initiatives.

- Centrally coordinates contact centre/Premium collection requirements for IT, HR, Learning & Development etc.
