- Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures
- Development of monitoring and logging systems.
- Monitoring compliance with discipline.
- Maintaining employee’s call records and updating databases
- Keep management informed on issues and problems
- Improves quality of results by recommending changes
- Presentation to the manager about the results.
- Other tasks as assigned by manager

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ Pivot Table
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with finance, banking, or lending industries is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in Call Center or a related field
- Familiarity with quality assurance in Call Center
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
