Office Attendant

**Responsibilities**
**Daily cleaning work**:
- Daily cleaning/dusting of workstations and other furniture, weekly vacuum cleaning of carpets
- Keeping meeting rooms, staff offices, kitchen and storage tidy, maintaining crockery/cutleries/ appliances in a clean condition
- Supervising bi-monthly deep cleanings and ensuring quality
- Taking care of bonsai maintenance as and when required
**Daily office admin work**:
- Arranging refreshment, serving tea/coffee and lunch/dinner to staff and participants of workshops/seminars/meetings
- Maintains office supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to workstations.
- Ordering, receiving, and replenishing tea, coffee and drinking materials. Monitoring daily consumption and sufficient storing
- Checking utilities/office supply bills and ensuring accuracy
- Photocopying, binding, paper cutting etc.
- Using of fax, scanning machines and other office equipment
- Taking part in the logistic arrangement for office events
- Participating in annual asset physical check and inventory
- Participating in periodical asset disposal
- Handling delivery and receipt of important documents
- Managing 02 onsite storages and 02 offsite storage, monitoring volume and keeping stuff in order, doing inventory and disposal under guidance of administrative staff
- Monitoring all first aid kits in office, handling the consumption monitoring and replenishment
- Being on duty at reception desk during lunch time
- Back up in the absence of the office receptionist: answering questions; forwarding messages; confirming customer orders; keeping customers informed of order status
- Performing other administrative functions as and when required
**Minimum Requirement**
- High school or equivalent diploma or comparable experience
- Able to understand and speak basic English
- Hard working and good service attitude
- Ability to work accurately, work as part of a team, take instruction
- Office Experience - General, Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Dependability, Attention to Detail
**Salary**: 10,000,000₫ - 15,000,000₫ per month
Ability to Commute:
- Ho Chi Minh City (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Ho Chi Minh City: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
