**What you do**

As a Senior Catalog Management Executive, your overall responsibility is to manage and improve Saltmine furniture catalogs by enforcing appropriate techniques and standards, innovating cross-team workflow to minimize frictions.
- Understand backend structure of the large Saltmine catalog of furniture products & finishes
- Research and understand industry convention, organize the Saltmine back office categorization trees
- Manage the process of product listing, auto QC, manual QC and control quality of product's content and images
- Create syntax and standards that meet various different formats of products - whether they are generic or branded products
- Ensure a clean and well-updated library of products & finishes across different clients & categories
- Define labels, descriptions and other properties in a manner that is consistent and readable
- Review and archive unused objects & catalogs
- Manage access & permissions across the team
- Manage junior members, review their work and conduct technical trainings if necessary
- Join with Product & Tech team for product development effort for the Saltmine Designer Back Office

**Who you are**
- 2+ years of experience working as category management for E-commerce platforms, with experience of managing a team of 5
- Master in MS Excel
- Strong experience in doing desk research
- Comfortable working with large data sets, strong logical & data analytics skills
- Excellent written & good spoken English skills
- Organized and able to track multiple work streams and prioritize tasks by urgency/impact
- Eagerness to work within a collaborative team environment on a number of projects
- Hard working and self-motivated with ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Ownership of the work, high attention to detail & extremely organized
