- .**JOB DESCRIPTION: Financial Analyst and Payroll Specialist**

**Report to: Finance Manager**

**1. **Budget Monitoring and Control Forecast and planning process**
- Coordinate with all departments and line manager to get necessary data for planning process (Budget, Estimate, 3Y Plan), prepare necessary working files for inputting in HQ’s system.- Ensure understanding of financial flows in HQ’s system, inputs on deadline and high accuracy.- To participate to plan financial forecasts, review year-to-date spendings and give proposals for anticipating issues to support the management in decision-making process.- To circulate approved budget among local departments, Head-Quarter and monitor them through the exercises.**2. Payroll and social charges for SVN and LLS HN**:

- Collaborate with HR for reviewing monthly salary mass and payments through bank systems.
- Collaborate with HR for updating correct personal reliefs for annual PIT finalization and then issue PIT receipts for internal taxpayers and proper filling for all relevant data...
- Corporate with other stakeholders (bank, tax officers, accountants, HR) about related matters.
- Do payroll projections for planning.

**3. Pricing**:

- Participate in all pricing affairs, prepare data and cascade price changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Keep proper filling of such price changes.

**4. Reports**
- Be responsible to provide timely & accurate required reports from Finance team to both local and HQ.**5. Other missions**
- Coordinate with other members in Finance Department to improve/optimize reporting tools to facilitate budget control/reporting work.- Ah-hoc tasks i.e Business Development projects**REQUIREMENT**:

- **Qualifications and experience**:

- Bachelor of Accounting with minimum 3 years of similar position in a multinational company.
- IFRS knowledge or ACCA certificate is a plus.
- Audit experience is preferable.
- English proficiency.
- Strong analytical and anticipation skill
- **Competency**
