The job holder will contribute to build và develop Corporate Culture Strategy, Employee Experience Journey's quality and assure the implemented programs to be effective, innovative và creative.

**Key Accountabilities (1)**:

- Contribute to build CC/EX strategy, long-term plan and standardize effective implementation và measurement process.
- Implement Corporate Culture (CC) và Employee Experience (EX) programs/activities effectively.
- Operate CC và EX data system to support goals setting, planning and effectiveness evaluation và measurement.
- Deploy survey about the effectiveness or CC/EX programs/ activities.

**Key Accountabilities (2)**:

- Propose, manage and operate employee listening channels effectively.
- Propose solutions và action plans of EX improvement to relevant partners to attract, retain and develop talents, employer branding and EVP.

**Key Accountabilities (3)**:

- Manage EX KRAs/KPIS of HR's programs and initiatives with the provision of reliable data analytics for effective decision-making process
- Contribute to strategic projects of Talent Management, Organization Development và Corporate Culture.
- Guide, support and develop CC và EX competencies for relevant Divisions’ functions.

**Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences**:

- A university degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology or relevant disciplines
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar role in Employee Experience, Customer Experience or Corporate Communications and Culture
- Knowledge of banking and financial services, technology or fintech is preferred
- Experienced in the design and tools to track and measure the experience and satisfaction of customers and/or employees
- Experienced in conducting interviews, focus group sessions, opinion/satisfaction surveys and action planning
- Business English standard of proficiency as required for the role
