The job holder will support the planning, implementation and monitoring of programs and activities supporting the Employee Experience strategy for the organization. The job holder will design and implement tools and activities to collect opinions and feedback to measure employee satisfaction and engagement levels in order to support organization efforts to strengthen employee experience.

**Key Accountabilities (1)**:

- Research and analyse the main levers affecting employee experience in the organization.
- Develop criteria and measurement methods for employee experience, satisfaction and engagement.
- Design and implement surveys to identify and forecast employee needs, feedback and experience on human resource programs, products and services.
- Recommend solutions and action plans to build positive employee experiences with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support activities to deliver on employee experience survey results/insights to attract, retain and develop talent, related employer brand and employee value proposition initiatives.
- Monitor and manage KRAs / KPIS on Employee Experience for human resources and across organization programs/initiatives with strong data points for decision making and improvement solutions.
- Contribute to strategic projects for Talent Management, Organization Development and Corporate Culture as required.

**Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences**:

- A university degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology or relevant disciplines
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar role in Employee Experience, Customer Experience or Employee Engagement and Culture
- Knowledge of banking and financial services, technology or fintech is preferred
- Experienced in the design and tools to track and measure the experience and satisfaction of customers and/or employees
- Experienced in conducting interviews, focus group sessions, opinion/satisfaction surveys and action planning
- Business English standard of proficiency as required for the role
