**Job Description**:
- Understand the workflow/process all types of Customer’s request, features of all kinds of product, operating mechanism/auto-process of system.- Work with Product/IT/FA team for new Product and Product D2 (ex: reviewing T&C, provide requirements, make/input scenarios and UAT, instruct/communicate with related team).- Work with Project/IT team to create/modify/enhance department’s systeM/Function (ex: provide requirements, make/input scenarios and UAT, instruct /communicate with related team).- Review procedure/process to improve service and towards automation.- Co-work with IT and related teams to fix system errors, handle issues or customer complaints.- Perform other responsibility & duty that are assigned by Line Manager.

Job requirement:
- University graduate, Insurance specialization is priority.- At least 4 years of working experience in Life insurance industry, Operations. Having skills of PC basic, English basic, document writing, time management, competence in problem solving, communication, relationship building.- Leadership competency is intermediate.
