(Mức lương: 18 - 46 triệu VNĐ)Job Purpose:
Serve as a Brand Ambassador, delivering a captivating and memorable experience to customers, generating and maximizing sales opportunities, and achieving store sales and profit targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients to enhance the clienteling experience and drive sales growth.
2. Engage and attract new customers by offering personalized advice and introducing them to the unique aspects of the brand.
3. Manage the sales process in accordance with established delivery standards.
4. Contribute to the achievement of store and service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and adhere to all sales procedures and guidelines.
5. Carry out one-on-one Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities as directed by the Store Manager.
6. Provide all necessary After Sales services and fulfill any other relevant ad-hoc duties as required.

2. Strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset.
3. Ability to engage in meaningful conversations, demonstrate resourcefulness, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
4. Proficient in store procedures and processes.
6. Good command of English.
