Our tech platform connects tutors and mentors to high school students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities in the US, Canada, UK, and beyond.

This is a full-time position, based in **Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.**

This role is responsible for ensuring effective local offline and digital marketing for our Online High school segment, Crimson Global Academy, through content creation and localisation, local partnership outreach, and digital targeting. **Responsibilities include**:

- Generating marketing ideas and owning marketing initiatives. Driving quality leads into consultations with the local sales team.
- Copywriting tasks in both English and Vietnamese, including, social media ads, EDM campaigns, print collateral, and event descriptions
- Localising global campaigns and other marketing materials
- Working closely with local sales & marketing colleagues, and local and HQ marketing team to create impactful and effective offline and online campaigns (including digital marketing ads to promote our events and services, creating local messaging and content assets that successfully engage and convert targeted prospects)
- Working closely with the digital marketing team to tailor online content, landing pages, social posts, ads and EDMs to promote local events and initiatives.
- Organising local marketing events and initiatives
- Sourcing, spearheading or coordinating with local offline and digital marketing channels and potential partners such as tutoring centres, concierge services, and schools
- Assist with scheduling consultations for high-quality leads with the local sales team

**What skills and experience are required?**
- Strong storytelling skill and ability to connect emotionally with target prospects
- Basic understanding of how paid digital advertising works on Google, Facebook, and other social media platforms
- Fluency in **Vietnamese and English**, speaking these languages idiomatically. Spoken and written.
- Hunger for success - proficient in performance marketing
- Understanding of the international education scene and international school families
- Comfort working in an international technology company with colleagues from all over the world.

**What personal qualities are we looking for?**
- At least 3-4 years of successful experience in Marketing - Marketing experience at international schools/online schools highly encouraged to apply
- High learning agility and growth mindset - comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Creativity and drive - you love to explore new ideas and can see a project through from start to finish on time
- Self-driven and self-directed
- Collaborative and communicative. A team player, someone who makes great things happen for others and yourself
- Desire to up-skill to a senior marketing manager and/or sales professional role

**What bonus skills or experience do we look for?**
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Understanding of Marketo or other marketing integration software
- Fluency in **English and Vietnamese**:

- Event management experience a plus
