**The right person for this role**:

- You don’t just **communicate - you connect**. You’re experienced in team management, with a knack for understanding and interpreting their needs, providing clear solutions, and nurturing productive, long-term relationships
- ** Advanced English proficiency and communication skills **both in speaking and writing
- You are comfortable and enjoy speaking with multiculural team
- 3+ years of experience as a manager, lead, or mentor
- Preferably has experience working in the SaaS industry
- Has demonstrable experience in understanding business operations, designing and implementing development programs, conducting training needs assessments, and evaluating program effectiveness
- Is knowledgeable of the best talent development practices, adult learning principles, and performance management concepts,
- Can help project team win by assisting them in creating overarching project goals and encouraging them to overperform,
- Has a strong understanding of business operations and strategy, with the ability to align talent development initiatives with the organization’s goals and objectives,

- Has a reliable internet speed (At least 30 mbps download speed and 10 mbps upload speed)
