Quản lý vận hành
Hỗ trợ điều hành các hoạt động hàng ngày của bộ phận F&B.
Giám sát quy trình phục vụ, đảm bảo đúng tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.
Hỗ trợ quản lý kho hàng, đặt hàng và kiểm soát nguyên vật liệu.
Giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh trong ca làm việc.
Quản lý nhân sự
Hỗ trợ tuyển dụng, đào tạo và đánh giá nhân viên.
Phân công công việc, lập lịch làm việc hợp lý cho nhân viên.
Giám sát thái độ, tác phong và hiệu suất làm việc của nhân viên.
Chăm sóc khách hàng
Đảm bảo sự hài lòng của khách hàng thông qua dịch vụ chuyên nghiệp.
Xử lý các phản hồi, khiếu nại của khách hàng một cách hiệu quả.
Phối hợp với bếp và quầy bar để mang lại trải nghiệm tốt nhất cho khách.
Quản lý doanh thu & chi phí
Hỗ trợ kiểm soát chi phí nguyên vật liệu, nhân sự để tối ưu lợi nhuận.
Phối hợp với bộ phận kinh doanh để triển khai các chương trình khuyến mãi.
Theo dõi doanh thu, lập báo cáo và đề xuất các phương án cải thiện doanh số.

Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành F&B, ưu tiên vị trí quản lý hoặc giám sát.
Hiểu biết về tiêu chuẩn phục vụ, an toàn thực phẩm và các quy trình nhà hàng.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp, xử lý tình huống và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
Có khả năng lãnh đạo, làm việc nhóm và đào tạo nhân viên.
Thành thạo vi tính văn phòng, có thể lập báo cáo, quản lý số liệu.
Ngoại ngữ (tiếng Anh) là một lợi thế.
